The Republic of Korea's mixed relay team is sixth in the world during the 2021/22 season, having won a bronze medal at the Beijing World Cup event in October 2021, where they also set the current world record in their semi-final with a time of 2:35.951.
The team's most successful season came in 2019/20, winning a gold medal at the World Cup event in Nagoya, a silver medal in Dordrecht, and two bronze medals in Salt Lake City and Montreal, to finish third in the final standings.
In 2018/19, the team earned a fifth place ranking after winning World Cup silver in Almaty, and bronze medal in Calgary.
