She tried the sport at a Goalball 4 Schools programme. "What I wasn't completely aware of or didn't take advantage of at a younger age was the number of visually impaired sporting opportunities there were in New South Wales. Personally I enjoy goalball as it is completely unique and kind of a bit addictive. It's also 100% inclusive because everyone on court is completely blindfolded."
