Her partner Mikhail Vekovishchev has represented the Russian Federation in swimming. He won silver in the men's 4x200m freestyle relay and bronze in the men's 4x100m medley relay at the 2019 World Championships in Gwangju, Republic of Korea. He also won gold in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay at the 2021 European Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Her aunt Anna Kuzmicheva also represented Russian Federation in swimming and won gold in the women's 4x100m medley relay at the 2006 World Junior Championships in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
