He is the high performance director of the US sitting volleyball programme. He is an elected member of the Oklahoma Region Volleyball Association in the United States of America.

He coached the US men's national sitting volleyball team from 2001 to 2010. He took charge of both the men's and women's national teams for the 2009 and 2013 seasons. During his career, he has also coached volleyball at Heritage Hall School in Oklahoma City, OK, United States of America, as well as the University of Central Oklahoma and Southern Nazarene University. He founded the Oklahoma Wind Volleyball Club, and founded and served as club director at Oklahoma Peak Performance in the United States of America. He has served as chairman of the USA Volleyball Junior Elite Development Commission, and as president of the Oklahoma Regional Volleyball Association. In May 2017 he was appointed to the technical and coaches commission of the North, Central America and Caribbean Volleyball Confederation [NORCECA]. In 2019 he was elected as the women's team representative on the board of The World ParaVolley Sitting Volleyball Rules of the Game Committee.
