North Macedonia won its first Paralympic gold medal at the London 2012 Games, where shooter Olivera Nakovska-Bikova won the women's SH1 10m air pistol.
The NPC's other Paralympic medal was won by Vanco Karanfilov, who claimed silver in the men's SH1 air pistol at the Athens 2004 Games.
