Mongolia won its first Paralympic medal at the Beijing 2008 Games, where archer Baatarjav Dambadondog won gold in the men's standing individual recurve.
At the Rio 2016 Games Mongolia won a further two bronze medals thanks to judoka Uugankhuu Bolormaa and powerlifter Sodnompiljee Enkhbayar.
