FOCUS ON VOLLEYBALL
He grew up playing basketball at high school, and decided to concentrate on volleyball while at university. "In the basketball world, people were pretty surprised that I was going to continue on with volleyball. I knew I could play post-secondary for either one, but it was probably a long shot to make the NBA and I had seen guys play volleyball at Trinity Western [University] and then go pro overseas and play on the national team." CLUB CAREER
He helped Trinity Western University become Canadian national university champions in 2016 and 2017, before starting his professional career with German club SVG Luneburg for two years before moving to French club Montpellier Castelnau Volley UC in 2019. OTHER ACTIVITIES
