QUITTING JOB
In 2012 she quit her job as an accountant, sublet her apartment and relocated from Quebec to Victoria, BC, Canada, with the aim of making the Canadian women's rugby sevens team. "I didn't want to wake up 15 years later and be like, 'What if?' Having experience playing in Quebec I knew I could compete with the other girls on the team. I sent a few emails to the coaches and the responses were, 'If you don't slow up the group, you can show up a few times'. I think everyone should do that road trip. For the first time in my life I saw such a beautiful country. I think it adds even more to how proud I can be to put on that jersey." (cbc.ca, 02 Aug 2017)

OTHER ACTIVITIES
She has served as a talent development coordinator for Rugby Canada through the Canadian Sport Institute [CSI] in Victoria, BC, Canada. She also served on the Rugby Canada Players' Committee between 2017 and 2018. (rugby.ca, 13 Feb 2019, 14 Feb 2018; csipacific.ca, 21 Sep 2017)
