From 2014 to 2018 he held a number of roles with the US men's national rugby sevens team, including assistant coach, strength and conditioning coach and development coaching roles. He served as interim coach of the US women's national sevens team for two months before being confirmed as head coach on a permanent basis. Prior to his roles in the United States of America, he worked as a high performance consultant with the Fiji men's national rugby union [15-a-side] team from October to December 2014. He served as an assistant coach with the Kenya men's national rugby sevens team from 2012 to 2013. He was the head strength and conditioning coach and skills coach for the Namibia national rugby union [15-a-side] team from 2010 to 2011. He also held strength and conditioning posts with the Pukke Rugby Institute at the North West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa [2007 to 2009], and with Pukke Netball in Potchefstroom [2008 to 2009].
