DEALING WITH DISCOMFORT
Ahead of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, she and other Canadian rowers underwent training sessions in similar hot conditions to those expected in Japan. "We're expecting it's going to be hot [in Tokyo]. Part of rowing is about being uncomfortable and sitting in the pain. So this was a great opportunity for us to practise that on home soil.
