From August 2018 to May 2019 she taught a weekly lecture on the benefits of a plant-based diet for athletes to students at the University of California, Berkeley in United States of America. "I created and prepared one-hour lectures each week to a class of 25 students. I developed curriculum that addresses the health, environmental, and economic benefits of a plant-based diet for high-performing athletes. I reviewed and assessed around 25 student assignments and final projects." She also runs an Instagram cooking channel with Canadian footballer Avery Lakes called 'Cooking with Daves'.
