While competing for the University of Manitoba she was named the university's 2009/10 Bison Sports Female Athlete of the Year, and was named the 2005 Canada West Rookie of the Year. She was also named a Canadian Interuniversity Sport [CIS] First Team All Canadian in 2008 and 2009.
