General
ADAPTABILITY
She says she owes the longevity of her international career to her versatility on the pitch. She debuted for Canada in 2005 and played at the Olympic Games in 2008, 2012 and 2016. "I think it's my adaptability. I'm able to play midfield, centre back, attacking mid, defensive mid. I'm happy to support the team and help other people come alive. I think that's been a huge asset to my success, being adaptable and supporting players in different positions. As an individual athlete I would not thrive, but in a team environment, it's where I'm at my best." (dailyhive.com, 11 Feb 2021)

CLUB JOURNEY
After playing for Abbotsford Rush in British Columbia, Canada in her youth, she played for the University of Portland in the United States of America from 2007 to 2010. She returned to the United States of America in 2019 to play for Houston Dash, with whom she re-signed in December 2020 through to 2022 with a club option for 2023.
