Her family are all Arsenal fans apart from her father, who supports Tottenham Hotspur. "Some parents might struggle with a daughter's decision to take up football. For my dad to have supported me and to put himself out there and say, 'I'm very proud of my daughter,' is something special. My dad actually took me to a Tottenham game. He was a Spurs fan and he bought me a kit, which I remember quite well but I think it's because it scared me. I literally just remember going to Arsenal with my grandma and my mum. If I wanted to go to a game they found a way to take me. I forget they're not just supporting me. My family would come [to watch Arsenal] if I was playing or not. My grandma refuses to get tickets from me. Her and my cousin buy their membership every year because they're fans of the club. It's hard because my family are Arsenal fans and I want to give them success to celebrate for the club but also for me. I never take it for granted." She has undertaken a part-time course in accountancy through the Football Association [FA] in England. "I do it to keep some sort of balance, always doing something outside of football.
