PREPARING FOR TOKYO
He says his experience competing at the 2019 World Tour event in Tokyo, Japan, led to him and playing partner Grzegorz Fijalek making specific plans to prepare for the conditions at the 2020 Olympic Games. "We have already played in Tokyo, it's very hard. It's almost like the tropics. The weather is troublesome because it is very hot and very humid. We are planning a trip to Sri Lanka, and before the World Tour events in Mexico [in April 2021] we want to extend our stay in America to over ten days to take advantage of the similar weather there." PARTNER
He teamed up with Grzegorz Fijalek in December 2016. "Grzegorz and Mariusz Prudel were a top team and after 10 years they decided to split to start something new. Our national team staff decided to team up both of them with younger players, and that's how I became a partner for Grzegorz. They thought we would be a good combination.
