General Interest

Eight athletes represented Bermuda at the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro, with its standout competitor Flora Duffy finishing eighth in the women's triathlon.

Bermuda has won one Olympic medal. Boxer Clarence Hill claimed bronze in the men's heavyweight category at the 1976 Games in Montreal.

Sailors Eugene Simmons and Peter Bromby, and triple jumper Brian Wellman share the distinction of having made the most Olympic appearances for Bermuda. All three men have competed at four editions of the Games.
