Team Dodds/Mouat

General Interest

Great Britain will make its Olympic debut in the mixed doubles at the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 after failing to qualify for PyeongChang 2018.

In 2021, the nation reached its only podium in 12 world mixed doubles championship appearances when Jennifer Dodds and Bruce Mouat defeated Norway's Kristin Skaslien and Magnus Nedregotten 9-7 in the gold medal game. The highest previous finish was a fourth-place in 2016, when a 22-year-old Mouat partnered Gina Aitken. The pair lost the bronze medal match 9-7 to the United States pairing of Tabitha Peterson and Joe Polo.

Dodds will compete in the women’s team event in Beijing under skip Eve Muirhead, while Mouat will skip the British men’s team.

Dodds/Mouat are 6-1 in head-to-head match-ups against the field in Beijing.

World Ranking: 5th (37.579 pts)
