"I played a lot of sport before I got my disability and after I became disabled I think sport was the way of me almost being what I considered normal again. Tennis gave me back the life I had before I was disabled, it was that kind of bridge for me. It was a way of making friends, a way of me getting back being active. It was massive for me to basically overcome my disability and be the person I am today." (Northants Sport YouTube channel, 03 Jan 2019; Tweener Head YouTube channel, 10 Jul 2020)
