He was head coach of the Canadian national wheelchair rugby team from 2009 to 2016. He was a US national coach for wheelchair racing from 2005 to 2008. He has also served as head coach of the US wheelchair rugby team from 2001 to 2004. He served as a commissioner of the United States Quad Rugby Association [USQR] from 2000 to 2001, and vice president of the organisation from 2002 to 2005. He also coached Lakeshore Demolition wheelchair rugby team from 1992 to 2009.
