"When I was nine, I wanted to go to a camp, but it was only possible as a member of a club, as I couldn't go to a public camp. The club was where I was introduced to fencing. Thanks to coach Krzysztof Balcerzak, I caught the bug. First it was a part of my rehabilitation and was fun, later it became my hobby.
