FENCING OVER EQUESTRIAN
She was a competitive equestrian before her accident. She considered taking up Para equestrian before choosing to pursue wheelchair fencing. "I tried to go back to horseback riding, but I needed to hire more people and the organisation of everything would turn into a nightmare. It also happened that my horse was injured, and after the injury I had to have a special horse for riding. In the end, I said to myself: let it be fencing."
