Her friend asked her to play mini-basketball in grade three of primary school, and then she was introduced to wheelchair basketball by her mother who wanted to see her daughter continue basketball. She decided to become a wheelchair basketball player when she participated in a training camp in Australia where she had friendly matches with players from different countries.
