Impairment Details
He had meningitis when he was nine months old. The disease caused meningococcal septicaemia, which led to amputations on his right leg above the knee, his left leg below the knee, his right hand and the fingertips on his left. General
MODELLING
In 2016 he started modelling for Tyne Tees Models. "I have always been one for getting my photo taken and showing off in front of the camera. I was in the newspapers a lot growing up and enjoyed that, so I thought modelling would be good fun and I'd give it a shot. Disabled people need to be included in more things, and this would help to raise awareness of that. Sometimes I meet people who look at me and judge me and think I can't do this or I can't do that, and I always just say 'wanna bet?' I've always been adventurous. CHARITY WORK
He has served as an ambassador for British charity Meningitis Now, which offers support and advice to families who have children affected by the illness. "I wanted to become a young ambassador so that I could help the charity out as much as I can, but to also to let others know what the symptoms are and also that the charity is there to help and support everyone through the horrible disease."
