She has represented Spain in Para cycling and won silver in the tandem B road race at the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. She also competed at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and won bronze medals in the tandem B road race at the 2013 and 2014 world championships. She believes that she has made a lot of progress in a short space of time, having only taken up Para rowing in 2020 at the age of 50. "At the beginning, I looked very clumsy and tense with the technique, but I have improved a lot. I became more loose and relaxed, My hands are agile and my legs are strong. I have a lot to learn. Rowing is not mastered overnight, it takes years, but I am on the right track. I have also been very fortunate with my club.
