CHANGE OF POSITION
In 2020 coach Tomasz Kazmierczak decided to switch the boat positions of her and PR2 double skulls crewmate Michal Gadowski. Pawlak had previously served in the bow position for 16 years before the switch. They competed together in their new positions for the first time at the 2020 European Championships in Poznan, Poland, where they won a bronze medal.
