EARLY DAYS
As a young athlete it was difficult for her to convince her mother to allow her to take up the sport full-time. "In order to accomplish my dream in Para powerlifting, I quit my job and told my mother that I had potential and I wanted to continue to train. However, she had a different opinion because I didn't have any financial support. We had a big argument and I left home for three days to show my determination.
