PARALYMPIC VETERAN
He is making his sixth appearance at the Paralympic Games at Tokyo 2020. SETTLING IN BILBAO
In 2004 he decided to leave Venezuela and settle in Bilbao, Spain, because of the city's strong cycling community. In 2010 he became the first Venezuelan to win back-to-back Para cycling road world championship titles.
