HOUR RECORD
In December 2018 he broke the hour record for the C1 class in Para cycling, covering a distance of 42.583 kilometres at the velodrome in Augsburg, Germany. "In the first 20 minutes, the adrenaline was high and the equipment rolled quite easily compared to training. I had to pace myself but then I raised the speed and approached my limit. In the last 15 minutes, I gave it everything. It was an extremely intense race. It is impossible to rest and the final was truly hard." (michael-teuber.de, 04 Dec 2018)
