"When I started high school, life became harsher. People started giving me looks and nicknames and the easiest way for me to fit in was by playing football and floorball. But it became tougher to play at a high level considering my impairment, and I instead found cycling was a great fit. After an operation, I started cycling, initially so I could get back to football as soon as possible but I had so much fun cycling, I hung up the football boots." "I actually have two fond memories. The first thing I came to think of is when I learned to ride a bike. The physiotherapist I had when I was little said, 'You will never be able to ride a bike, your balance is too impaired due to your cerebral palsy'. It took me a week, and then I sat on the bike without support wheels. The second memory is when I put on the national team uniform for the first time.
