She took up Para cycling after attending a sports camp where she tried tandem racing bikes. "When I heard that there were racing bikes that went much faster than my own, I just had to have a go and then I was simply hooked. For me, it is the speed and the wind that create a huge feeling of freedom. I am out and about, hanging out with family and friends while I can enjoy the surroundings.
