Impairment Details
In 2010 he underwent a medical exam to become a helicopter pilot and doctors discovered a tumour on his spinal cord. In February 2011 he had an operation that damaged nerves in his spinal cord and resulted in incomplete paraplegia. His impairment affects his lower limbs, his pelvis, and his lower back.
