He has competed internationally in Para triathlon, Para cycling and Para athletics. Prior to his accident, enduro and motocross racing was his main sport since childhood. He had worked for Steyr-Daimler-Puch and for KTM motorcycles in the development department and had started a career in motocross racing prior to his accident.
