She liked badminton and thought that playing wheelchair badminton would be challenging. "Anyone could hit a shuttle while standing. So I wanted to try playing it in the wheelchair. I like the challenge and I like to play. Whatever [Para] sports I play I am inspired by the impaired in general. For badminton, I knew I was able to do it."
