General
MEDAL FOR TWO
She and her sister Bernadett dreamt of standing together on the podium at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, but only Ilona was able to claim a medal [silver] in the T20 1500m at the Games. "I'm so sorry that we are not together on the podium. But this medal is for both of us. If not for her I would not be here. We did everything together, we have been working together for the last four years. There was a time I lost motivation and she encouraged me to continue. I am so grateful that I have such a great sister and I wanted her to get a medal too, so my heart is broken." (nemzetisport.hu, 16 Sep 2016)
