PARA SNOWBOARD
He took up Para snowboard in late 2017 on a trip to the mountains with a friend, and began competing three months later. He began taking Para snowboard more seriously after he was inspired by Japanese Para athlete Atsushi Yamamoto, who competed in Para snowboard at the 2018 Paralympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang after representing Japan in Para athletics at three editions of the Paralympic Games.
