SANCTION
In June 2020 she received a 12-month suspension from the International Paralympic Committee [IPC] for a non-analytical anti-doping rule violation after she failed to submit to urine sample collection at the Fazza International Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in February 2019. She was selected for testing and although she was willing to provide a sample, she did not possess the equipment needed to do so, as required by the terms of the World Anti-Doping Code International Standard for Testing and Investigations [WADA ISTI]. Her results at the Fazza International Championships were disqualified as were any she had achieved after 02 May 2019. Her period of ineligibility ended on 01 May 2020. (paralympic.org, 10 Jun 2020)
