COMPETING WITH FLU
She contracted flu soon after arriving at the 2019 World Championships in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Despite the illness disrupting her preparations for the event, she went on to win gold in the T63 100m. "There was the doping test, so I couldn't take any medicine. I could only rest. I skipped several training sessions because of my weak condition. I was very pessimistic knowing my rivals were veterans in the event and that this was my first world championships. I'm grateful that I can give my best for my country." (radarsolo.jawapos.com, 21 Nov 2019)
