General
OXYGEN CHAMBER
He believes using hyperbaric oxygen therapy has meant he can achieve better results during training sessions. "It's a very innovative treatment to optimise the body's performance. Working out six days a week at 100%, diet and recovery are very important. The first session, being subjected to almost 100% of oxygen for almost an hour, made me feel strange and dizzy. But my body responded well and I was more active during my training sessions. I'll keep going because it helps me recover. I've noticed that I feel better at the end of my sessions and I can make 90 throws. You get tired, yes, but you feel better at the end." (menshealth.com, 18 May 2019)

He studied at the Foro Italico University of Rome in Italy from September 2018 to February 2019 with the Erasmus+ student exchange programme to combine his studies with learning Italian. (menshealth.com, 18 May 2019; lasprovincias.es, 24 Feb 2019)
