MEDAL UPGRADE
In December 2020 she was upgraded from fourth to the bronze medal position of the F53/F54/F55 shot put at the 2019 Parapan American Games in Lima, Peru, after US athlete Sebastiana Lopez was disqualified for returning an adverse analytical finding during a doping test. "It was a surprise for me. I have already left behind that page of my career. At the time I was sad [after finishing in fourth place]. I asked myself what I had done wrong.
