"I first encountered the sport through a junior camp, which had lots of different activities on offer. I tried archery and fell in love immediately. I've always had really bad hand-eye coordination and was like, 'You're probably not going to be great at this, Jess, but hey, have a go anyway'. I surprised everyone around me, including myself.
