FUTURE PLANS
She plans to study for a master's degree in science and techniques of preventive and adaptive physical activities at the San Raffaele University of Rome in Italy, but says she is uncertain what career path she will take following her retirement from sport. "A new life will begin once I retire from sport surely. This scares me a little bit. Being a perfectionist myself, I don't feel comfortable not knowing what I'm going to do. I don't know in which area I will work, but I'm not putting aside the idea of continuing to study after my master's degree." (uniroma5.it, 06 Nov 2019)

EARLY DAYS
She began playing volleyball for entertainment, but it soon became an important part of her life. "I played tennis for a year, but I soon understood that it was not for me. I was growing in height, I was the tallest in my class among girls and boys. During province and regional selection I thought it [volleyball] was not bad. Then I went to Orago [Italy] where I met Giuseppe Bosetti and his wife Franca Bardelli. They played the main role in the beginning of my career. In Orago I began to play at another level, even though I had to begin almost from zero." (corrieredellosport.it, 21 Apr 2015)
