Her mother Agripina has served as team manager of the Dominican Republic U20 volleyball team. Her younger sister Jineiry has represented the Dominican Republic in volleyball, and was part of the team that won gold at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru. She also played alongside Brayelin at Praia Clube during the 2020/21 Superliga season in Brazil. Her brother Brayan has played professional basketball in the Dominican Republic. Her cousin Jack Michael Martinez represented the Dominican Republic in basketball at the 2014 World Cup in Spain, while her uncle has also represented the Dominican Republic in basketball and has served as deputy sports minister of the Dominican Republic.
