Her younger sister Polina Kudermetova has represented the Russian Federation at international junior level and won gold in singles and women's doubles at the 2017 European U16 Championships in Moscow, Russian Federation. She also reached the semifinals in the singles at the French Open junior championships in 2020 and in the women's doubles at the Wimbledon junior championships in 2021 and 2019. Her husband and coach Sergey Demekhine has also played tennis at professional level. Her father Eduard Kudermetov was a professional ice hockey player who won the Russian national championships on two occasions.
