His older sister Laure Manaudou competed in swimming for France and won three medals at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. His father Jean-Luc played in the fifth tier of the French handball championship. His partner Pernille Blume has represented Denmark in swimming, and won gold in the 50m freestyle at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
