She took up shooting at age 14 in Wroclaw, Poland. "I first watched shooting training at age eight or nine, but I had to wait to my 14th birthday to start training. Then, I was combining taekwondo and shooting, but due to injuries I focused solely on shooting." (tvp.pl, 16 Mar 2020)

It all started with the fact he just had to take care of me, because I had no one to stay with and as a little girl he took me to the range. NEW SHOTGUN
After triumphing at the 2020 World Cup event in Nicosia, Cyprus, she began using a new shotgun, and plans to change again after the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. "I changed from a Beretta 692 to a Perazzi MX2000. There's a really big difference between the two shotguns. The latter is more specialised and heavier by almost half a kilogram compared to the previous one. My Perazzi weighs exactly 3.95 kilograms. There is also a big difference in the way the trigger works. I won the World Cup event last year using the Beretta. After the Games I want to change Perazzi to a newer model - the Perazzi High Tech."
