She wanted to attend a sports middle school, and one of requirements was to complete a sports test that included shooting. At first she did not enjoy the sport but when she started to achieve good results, she became more involved in shooting training sessions. "Shooting was a discipline that I had to train in for three years in high school. Soon after I became convinced by the sport and stayed in it in longer." (portalstrzelecki.pl, 14 May 2020; onet.pl, 16 Jul 2015)

:
"My coach and I have worked out a system in which we train hard when there are no top-level competitions. Then we slow down and take a break for three or four days ahead of events to be fresh for competition. Depending on the season, it is from three to seven days a week. Sometimes I train several times a day. In addition I focus on general development - psychology, physiotherapy, yoga, meditation. I do quite a bit."
