Her father Sergei Martynov competed in shooting at six Olympic Games between 1988 and 2012. He represented the Soviet Union in 1988 before winning bronze for Belarus in the 50m rifle prone at the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Games, and gold at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
