She and Jolanta Ogar competed together in the 470 class at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. After London, Ogar switched to represent Austria from 2013 onwards, including at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, while Skrzypulec competed in Rio with Irmina Mrozek-Gliszczynska. In 2017 Ogar returned to compete for Poland, and teamed up with Skrzypulec once again. "We are mature athletes.
