South African national coach Neil Powell decided to experiment with his position at the 2019 Safari Sevens tournament in Nairobi, Kenya. "Coach Neil chatted to me about the move. Everything he said made sense to me and it made me determined to give it a try. It is a win-win for me. On the wing, you can be out of the game quite easily, but hookers are way more involved.
