FROM GYMNASTICS TO ROWING
She retired from artistic gymnastics in 2009, and took up rowing as a coxswain in 2011. Initially she found the transition between the two sports difficult. "It's a different sport, and some days were tougher than others. I had to learn quickly about everything that involves rowing. In gymnastics the effort was all from me, but now, in rowing, my colleagues make the biggest effort, and I help them as much as I can."
